FEES

Consultation Fee -  £120

Payment is by cash/card at the time of consultation or procedure.

CURETTAGE AND CAUTERY This procedure is suitable when the skin lesion is on the surface of the skin and is not deep.  It is performed under local anaesthetic, the lesion is scraped off and no stitches are needed.  It is commonly used for removal of crusty growths such as seborrhoeic keratoses. The price includes the laboratory analysis fee.  From £295 (Additional lesions from £50)

USE OF HYFRECATOR  This piece of electrosurgery equipment is used for the removal of very small skin tags, prominent blood vessels (telangiectasia) and tiny cherry spots.  Local anaesthetic is not always needed and the lesions are not sent for laboratory analysis. Some patients prefer to apply a numbing gel prior to the procedure which can be bought in a chemist. This option can be discussed at the initial consultation.  From £150 (Each additional lesion £25)

FREEZING TREATMENT from £25 per lesion (during the consultation).

This is suitable for some skin lesions including flat seborrhoeic keratoses and is also a treatment for viral warts, however some warts are best left alone to resolve naturally.  Multiple treatments are sometimes required.
